READ*]]> I just got an e-mail from the "Spruz" staff, who are the providers of this website. In their email, they said that in exactly a month "October 30th" all websites will be changed to Premium service. This means that now we would have to pay for the website (9.95 a month), which we don't want to do since we don't have any money... 

For this month, we will look for new free website providers and start off again. Sorry to disapoint you becaue this has been a great site who provided us with almost everything we needed. Starting tomorrow (Oct 1) will be the 30 day trial for the websites so we will add more and new stuff until its last day. Thank you i will post the e-mail i recieved below.

The biggest drawback to offering free website to anyone, is that some people create a website with us in order to exploit people, the internet or us. This puts a large unneeded resource drain on the whole network that hurts everyone. We now know that to continue with a free, ad supported, offering is doing a disservice to all our users.

The decision to go to a premium service model has weighed heavy on us and was not made lightly, but the steps we are making now will allow us to focus on the kind of quality we desire to provide to each of our users.

Some benefits to this change as we begin to purge free sites over the next 60 days include; improved site performance, quality in network websites (You will be part of a premium only network), faster page loads, fewer errors, and improved customer support are just to name a few.

]]>Sun, 21 Sep 2008 17:26:23 GMT<![CDATA[Website changes]]>There has been a couple changes to the website that we have done for the past week.
 
The first one, is that we have many embeded information like the Xfire  "ad" to the right, the ventrilo server at the bottom left, and the halo pc info at the bottom.
 
Another change is that the navbar is now separated in categories which makes it a little more helpful.
 
The last thing is that where I stored the clan videos for download, it took them all down for some reason so i had to post the ones I still have up on another storing site. The point is that not all the videos are available for download just the last ones posted. The others have their Youtube video as a link. It is a little more confusing on how to download the videos, but once you download one, you will remember how to do it for the future

]]>Fri, 15 Aug 2008 17:03:40 GMT<![CDATA[Halo patches]]>If you didnt know, Bungie made a "final" patch for both halo pc and halo ce. This is recent so some of you might not have been aware of the update. This patch is not mandatory yet when you play multiplayer but it might be in the future. Even so, most people moved on into the new versions which means that there is barely anyone on in the previous ones. You should get the first and third patches which are "Halo PC" and "Halo CE". First thing is that some of us are in vacation and will not be on for a little bit, that's fine, just make sure you tell us (most of you have). Now the second thing is that some of you know that i was offline for a bit, but after this weekend i am almost sure that i will be fully active now that i will have my internet. This means that we will finish the videos that we started, and soon.
 
August 15 - We will have a clan party on halo CE in the maps "skydive heaven", "dance", and "disco". The party's meaning is that it is summer (and also my birthday).

(Herd) is now playing a new game called combat arms it is a First Person Shooter (FPS). It is a free online game made by Nexon, usually Nexon games are kinda bad but this game is actually very good. It is proffesional in its clan making and scrimages style, we also think that it will be a game with many tournaments and real life prizes. As of now xfire and Combat Arms are holding a contest and there are 90 winners the prizes go from nexon gaming cards to an Xps 420 gaming computer. Over all this should be a very good game and we hope you all will be playing with us. There is also a new Combat arms tab with the members and there user ids.  The first thing is the most important topic which is clan participation we have been seeing a lack in participation everyday some members are online but make no attempt or no contact with the clan this is a problem because if these people have time to be on there computers the whole day and not even make contact with the clan once it shows lack of caring. Also members have been taking long breaks which is fine there is no pressure to take leaves of abstence from gaming but please tell one of the BOMD's before you leave. The peoples names who follow after this are the "offenders" this isnt a crime or a punishment just to let them know who we think it is: Prime,bryan,seven,black,mike,icyhot,slurmking,Money and ace. Once again these members are not in trouble just a warning to them that we have noticed no clan participation from them. Please especially these members comment on this article and let us know what is going on and maybe we can help with any concerns or problems you are having, also regular members please comment saying hello-this is a test to see who is active and reading recent news

Upcoming MOVIES- We have ofc herd lost 4,D-day2,castlemassacre,MusicVid(songs still being picked please offer one if you have) also if any clan member has an idea please inform us we will be happy to try and make it depending on what it is (lol)

NEW Gamesszz- Lately the members of BOMD have been testing Combat-Arms a new first person shooter made by nexon. We feel this is a very well made game and when it is released from beta it will be fun to play. Apparently there is a person going around crashing all of the Halo servers causing them to crash. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do at this time besides wait for Bungie/Microsoft to release a security patch or a specific fix to surface. We'll be sure to apply a fix for the issue as soon as one is available.

Please be patient. Please alert other clans to this matter to avoid any confusion in the long run. Hopefully Bungie/Microsoft will have the common courtesy to apply the patch...If not...

The above is a story about a hacker who came on today july 1st and crashed all and most servers please do not become frustated and think your game is messing up its not your computer. Thankfully most of the clan plays on ce hopefully the hacker will not come to it
